General Information
The words "Scottish Dancing" often conjure up images of the "Highland Fling" or the "Sword Dance", and most people are unaware of any other kind.  The Monaco Group aims to promote Scottish Country Dancing with its Reels, Jigs and Strathspeys, which is the most widely practiced folk dancing in the world.  We welcome all nationalities and all age groups - you do not need to wear a kilt and you do not need to bring a partner.  Dress is casual, but you will need soft flat shoes - tennis shoes or trainers are not suitable.
